Meet our Customer Care Leader

Carlos’ professional career commenced while a student at Georgetown University, where he served numerous political appointments, including White House Aide.

Prior to joining NRC, Carlos gained extensive experience in the Records and Information Management Industry. For the past 10-years he has worked for both regional and national organizations, with roles including National Account Management, Direct Sales of Storage and Secure Destruction Services, and the General Management of a Records Scanning/Digitization Operation.

Carlos has been part of the NRC Team for almost 2-years. After joining our organization as a Regional Sales Director, Carlos was quickly promoted to the role of National Account Manager. In early 2023, Carlos was again promoted to his current position of Vice President, Customer Care. In this critical Executive role, Carlos leads the group responsible for managing NRC’s overall customer service function, including the management of daily operations and service requests, billing and accounts payable, and the overall support efforts required to provide NRC’s 500+ North American clients an exceptional customer experience.

When not working, Carlos enjoys attending concerts, dining with friends, and relaxing with his dog “Georgie.”
