A Message from Our CEO

As a result of significant consolidation within the Document and Records Management industry, many organizations feel “boxed-in” by their current provider. Even with organic industry growth largely stagnated (according to IBISWorld market growth from 2018 through 2022 was 2.6%, and it is projected to be .9% in 2023), it is still a $7.4B market in the US alone.

With industry CEO’s doing “inflation dances,” and publicly touting excessive customer rate increase programs to create the perception of market durability, it is critically important that companies of all size and scope, regional and international, recognize they have options.

To stay connected to our marketplace and clients, I make certain to speak with customers and prospects every day. Through these conversations, one thing is abundantly clear – while companies want to reduce their physical records inventories to the maximum extent possible, they often feel as though their storage provider makes every contractual effort to trap them into retaining data assets far beyond their legal or useful requirement.

National Records Centers (NRC) has a very simple and fundamental set of organizational Guiding Principles:

  1. Honesty and Integrity in Everything We Do
  2. Always Create Exceptional Customer Experiences
  3. Listen! And Propose Solutions Our CLIENTS Want
  4. Respect and Support Our Fellow Employees and Partners

Our Executive Team has decades of information retention experience, and unlike many of our competitors, we specialize in developing customized plans aimed at helping clients reduce – and ultimately eliminate – their records and data inventories. NRC’s solution development efforts will always be guided by what is important to you, our customer – and not our company’s bottom line.

NRC has been supporting the data and records management requirements of our client partners for over 22 years. Leveraging our network of over 70 partner agencies, our company manages millions of data assets, providing a wide array of archival, digital transformation, and destruction services for over 500 customers, including many of the Fortune 1000. Our geographic coverage capabilities allow NRC to optimally support single-market customers, while also providing a viable alternative for multi-region clients requiring exceptional service in all markets across North America.

NRC looks forward to meeting with as many new organizations as possible, to let you know there are options, and share our customer focused philosophy on developing data and records management programs.

Finally, and most important, a tremendous THANK YOU to our many customers who have entrusted NRC to manage their information assets!

Best Regards,

Peter W. Karp
